Abstract
On the Dragon Boat Festival in May, with the aroma of zongzi leaves wafting in the air, we aimed to create a festive atmosphere and promote our excellent national traditions, allowing employees to experience the charm of outstanding culture together. On May 31st at noon, New Kai held a lively and warm DIY zongzi-making event. 'Making zongzi also requires experience and care to make them neat and beautiful...' The New Kai restaurant was filled with the rich fragrance of zongzi leaves, and the tables were laden with all the ingredients needed for making zongzi. Experienced colleagues actively shared their methods and techniques for wrapping zongzi. During the event, everyone was focused and serious, occasionally chatting and laughing. Those skilled in making zongzi quickly picked up the leaves, shaped them into funnels with their hands, filled them with rice, added dates and meat, pressed tightly, and tied them up in one go. Beautiful and sturdy zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival were soon created. Several more experienced colleagues even taught some 'newbies' hands-on. Everyone was highly motivated and left with a sense of fulfillment, as the green zongzi leaves danced in their hands, and the finished zongzi were more beautiful than the last. In the process of learning to make zongzi, everyone not only mastered the skills but also enhanced emotional exchanges among employees. At the same time, it showcased New Kai's positive, uplifting, and joyful work atmosphere.

"Making zongzi also requires experience and care to make them neat and beautiful..." On the afternoon of May 31, the Xinkai restaurant was filled with the strong fragrance of zongzi leaves, and the dining tables were covered with all the ingredients needed for making zongzi. Experienced colleagues actively shared their methods and techniques for making zongzi. During the event, everyone was focused and serious, occasionally chatting and laughing. Those skilled in making zongzi quickly picked up the leaves, shaped them into funnels with both hands, filled them with rice, added dates and meat, pressed tightly, and tied them up in one go. Beautiful and sturdy Dragon Boat Festival zongzi were soon created. Several more experienced colleagues even taught a few "newbies" hands-on on-site. Everyone was highly motivated and gained a lot; the green zongzi leaves danced in their hands, and each finished zongzi was more beautiful than the last.
In the process of learning to make zongzi, everyone not only mastered the skills but also enhanced emotional communication among employees. At the same time, it showcased Xinkai's positive, uplifting, and happy work atmosphere.
