From March 26 to April 3, 2019, Suzhou Xinkai successfully held the fourth "Xinkai Power" tug-of-war competition with the theme: "Win Together with One Heart and One Rope." To enrich employees' cultural life, the tug-of-war competition showcased collective spirit, challenged oneself, and embodied the spirit of unity and winning together. A total of 8 teams participated. The winning teams were: Champion: Quality Department, Runner-up: Production Department/Fine Processing, Third Place: Production Department/Cold Heading. There are many kinds of encounters in the world, but the most beautiful is when we fight side by side on the field for honor, sweating and striving hard, and more importantly, gaining friendship. Time becomes precious and enduring in every second of blooming and flowing. With spring in full bloom and bright sunshine, amidst the cheers and focused gazes, this is the most beautiful moment for Xinkai. The tug-of-war competition is a contest of strength, a sentiment of unity, a process of a group working together, and also the best way to hone team spirit. At the moment you hold the rope, you become the most important member of this team. When you strive hard at that instant, the team's honor becomes the greatest goal at that moment. In fact, when you work wholeheartedly without counting gains or losses, that is the most meaningful moment. As the wind rises and clouds soar, strength gathers for dreams to set sail. The atmosphere is intense as strategies are laid out; the horn for fighting for honor has sounded! After the first round of elimination and the second round of round-robin matches, with the active cooperation of all participants and the hard work of all staff members, the fourth "Xinkai Power" tug-of-war competition came to a perfect conclusion.
