Executive Director Chen Xiaomin, General Manager Sun Mei, and over 30 members of the company's management and core employees gathered together to reflect on the challenging year of 2021 and welcome the brilliant journey of 2022. 01 Work Report | Summarizing the Past, Starting Anew 2021 was a year full of challenges and opportunities, as well as a year for Suzhou Xinkai to forge ahead. At the meeting, each department summarized the achievements and shortcomings from the past year and planned for and looked forward to the work in 2022. Sun Zong stated that the past year of 2021 was the first year for the company to implement its 3-5 strategic plan, as well as a key year for laying a solid foundation for future development. Throughout this year, all departments of Xinkai worked together to face challenges, overcome difficulties, and all employees focused on a market- and customer-oriented approach with product technology at its core, united in heart and mind, successfully achieving sales targets.
