Executive Director Chen Xiaomin, General Manager Sun Mei, and over 30 members of the company's management and core employees gathered together to reflect on the challenging year of 2021 and welcome the brilliant journey of 2022.

At the meeting, each department summarized the achievements and shortcomings from the past year and planned and envisioned the work for 2022. With the efforts of all departments, Xinkai is sure to achieve great results and continue its glory.

Chairman Chen and General Manager Sun each gave a summary speech. General Manager Sun stated that the past year of 2021 was the first year of implementing the company's three-five strategic plan and a key year for laying a solid foundation for future development. Throughout this year, all departments of Xinkai worked together to face challenges, overcome difficulties, and all employees focused on a market- and customer-oriented approach with product technology at its core, united in heart and mind, successfully achieving sales targets.

At the same time, expectations and requirements were set for each department, urging everyone to take responsibility, maintain a mindset of continuous improvement and learning, develop a habit of reading, and adhere to principles of responsibility, efficiency, sincerity, integrity, kindness, and honesty.

Chairman Chen expressed that 2022 will be a challenging year; however, due to the resilient nature of the fastener industry as a fundamental manufacturing sector, there is great potential for future success. In facing enormous opportunities ahead, it is essential to ensure resource complementarity and collaboration. Finally, he hopes that through everyone's joint efforts, they can achieve new successes and reach new heights.
