On July 17-18, the Suzhou Xinkai 2021 Semi-Annual Management Meeting was successfully held at the picturesque Suzhou Hanyuan Yacht Resort Hotel, attended by over 50 people including Executive Director Chen Xiaomin, General Manager Sun Mei, General Manager Tan from the group headquarters, General Manager Fang, as well as company management and core employees.

　　

 

Before the meeting began, a lively warm-up exercise fully engaged everyone's enthusiasm, allowing them to momentarily set aside their usual urgency and pressure and participate in the meeting with a relaxed and joyful mindset.

Each department closely summarized the achievement of the KPI indicators and key tasks for the first half of the year. Through data analysis and visual presentations, they objectively summarized the results of the first half of the year; at the same time, they analyzed their own shortcomings and proposed improvement measures, and made detailed plans for key work in the second half of the year.

　　

 

Director Chen and General Manager Sun each gave concluding speeches. General Manager Sun first expressed gratitude for the strong support and trust from the group headquarters and affirmed everyone's work. With the efforts of every Xinkai employee, through collaboration among departments and efficient operations, they have achieved the sales targets for the first half of the year. Director Chen stated that 2021 is a new starting point for the company to re-strategize and reposition itself. Xinkai's goal is to refine, specialize, expand, and strengthen its brand, advantages, and characteristics. "One person walks fast, but a group walks further." Each department should collaborate to fully showcase Xinkai's advantages. To promote consensus and understanding of corporate culture, a group discussion was held in the afternoon around the corporate spirit of "responsibility, learning, efficiency, sincerity, gratitude, humility," interpreting these values and describing them with practical examples. At 6 AM the next morning, diligent Xinkai employees appeared by beautiful Taihu Lake. The hot summer day could not hinder our progress; everyone relaxed their bodies and minds during their spare time. They then went to an orchard to enjoy the fun of picking fruits before returning after lunch.
