To improve the practical skills of new employees in fire prevention and disaster rescue, on April 22 at 4 PM, Suzhou Xinkai conducted fire safety knowledge training for new employees, with a total of 15 new employees participating in the training.

At the training site, EHS engineer Qian explained to the new employees how to use a fire extinguisher, how to escape and save themselves in the event of a fire, and how to extinguish initial fires. Subsequently, the new employees practiced using dry powder and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers. Holding the extinguisher, they quickly ran towards the fire pit, following the usage method: shake, pull the pin, and press the valve in one go. Two jets of white mist sprayed towards the fire pit simultaneously, quickly extinguishing the flames. The drill was conducted in groups to ensure full participation.

On-site explanation and demonstration

Through this fire training and practical drill, the fire safety awareness of new employees was further enhanced. They learned common knowledge for extinguishing fires, how to use fire extinguishers, and basic measures for preventing fires. At the same time, it also strengthened their ability to respond to sudden fire incidents and their evacuation capabilities, adding a 'safety net' for the company's fire safety.
