"Warm Mid-Autumn, Grateful Companionship" The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional holiday in our country. As the festival approaches, Xinkai extends holiday blessings to all employees and distributes holiday gifts such as milk and mooncakes. Since its establishment, Suzhou Xinkai has adhered to the concept of "people-oriented" and has cared for its employees with heart. Employees also genuinely recognize the company's culture, treating the enterprise as their own home and growing together with Xinkai. On the eve of this Mid-Autumn Festival, the company mobilized all employees to participate in the Love Tree Scholarship Assistance Program and visited families who have lost their only child together with the local community. The management team of Xinkai, led by General Manager Ms. Sun Mei and accompanied by Shengpu Street, split into five groups to visit seven relocation communities and 21 families who have lost their only child. Ms. Sun learned in detail about the living conditions, health status, and economic security of these families, engaging in friendly conversations with them while listening to their voices, encouraging them to face difficulties positively, relax, and participate more in community activities. Ms. Sun stated that they will continue to sponsor community assistance activities and provide employment opportunities for disadvantaged groups in the future.
