Abstract
On the afternoon of July 24, a delegation led by Dean Lu of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hefei University of Technology was invited to visit Suzhou Xinkai for an exchange. Mary, the HR and Administration Manager, Judy, the Operations Director, Chief Engineer Xu, Project Manager Ding, and Manager Liu from Suzhou Xinkai attended the meeting. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on establishing a practical training base for master's students in materials engineering through school-enterprise cooperation, as well as on industry-university-research collaboration and technical research topics. The meeting was chaired by Mary. During the meeting, both sides had in-depth discussions on talent cultivation and corporate technological innovation, focusing on cold heading process forming, salt spray testing of stainless steel materials, and experiments.

Hefei University of Technology is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education. It is jointly built by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Anhui Provincial Government, as well as by the State Administration for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the Ministry of Education. The university was founded in 1945 and was approved as a national key university by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1960. In 2005, it became a key construction university under the national '211 Project', in 2009 it became a university with an advantageous discipline innovation platform under the national '985 Project', and in 2017 it entered the ranks of universities under the national 'Double First-Class' initiative.
