On the afternoon of January 28, 2018, the Suzhou Xinkai "Together, Win-Win, One Family" New Year Gala was grandly held at the Buckingham Hotel in Xiangcheng. All employees of the Xinkai family gathered together to celebrate. The New Year Gala kicked off with a warm New Year speech from Chairman Chen, who said: "The theme of this annual meeting is 'Together, Win-Win, One Family'. I firmly believe that only by working together can we achieve win-win results, and only by uniting can we gather strength. During this New Year Gala, awards for outstanding employees, outstanding teams, and ten-year contributions were presented to recognize those who performed exceptionally well at work. Employee representatives shared their acceptance speeches and work insights, expressing confidence in the new goals for the coming year.
We Xinkai people not only excel in our work but also showcase professional performance levels in talent displays. The vibrant song and dance 'Opening Red' filled us with passion, creating a warm atmosphere. The youthful and lovely dance 'Glass Beads', heartfelt guitar performance 'Youthful Times', humorous skits 'Journey to the West' and 'White Haired Girl', the exciting and funny mime 'Competition', enchanting song 'Wukong', and the original piece 'Three and a Half Sentences' received continuous applause. The energetic 'Prosperous Chinese New Year' ignited the entire venue, culminating in a medley song 'Ultimate Version of Wulin Conference' that brought the gala to its climax.
The partners of the Xinkai family have loved each other for 15 years. A heartfelt rendition of 'The Story of Time' by three executives took us back through old photos displayed on screen, reviewing Xinkai's journey over fifteen years while also opening up a brand new future for Xinkai. The gala concluded successfully with a beautiful chorus of '10000 Reasons'.
Fireworks are the brilliant colors of the New Year, and songs are the moving melodies of the New Year! This is a joyful celebration; the entire gala was filled with excitement and continuous applause. In the new year, we will shed past achievements and pressures, join hands to move forward together, unite as one, continuously leap forward in the new year, and create new brilliance!
