Abstract
On August 3rd at noon, the first employee representative conference of Suzhou Xinkai for the year 2018 was grandly held in the large conference room on the second floor. A total of 36 employee representatives from various departments attended the meeting, which received high attention from the company leadership, including General Manager Mr. Sun, Special Assistant to the General Manager Ms. Chen, Production Director Mr. Cui, Union Chairman Mr. Xie, and members of the union committee. The meeting was hosted by Mary from the Human Resources and Administration Department. At the beginning of the meeting, Mary reported on the 'Status of Previous Issues Closure' and interpreted the 'Canteen Satisfaction Survey Report' that everyone was concerned about, as well as addressed the 'Employee Satisfaction for the First Half of 2018'.
